St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church is a busy, vibrant faith community.  In order for us to be good stewards of our shared space, we are committed to keeping them well-maintained and safe. The staff of St. Catherine of Siena is responsible for approving building usage, under the terms of the attached policies which are intended to serve as rules to abide by.

In order to request a room, go to the Room Request Page and fill out the online form OR download the PDF form found on the Forms Page. The PDF form needs to be filled out legibly and submitted to the parish office. Only one form per request needs to be filled out and both types of requests are processed the same way. PLEASE NOTE: a room is NOT reserved until the person requesting the room receives an approval letter, signs the letter, and returns the signed letter to the parish office.
