• Provide recently issued Baptismal Certificates (issued within the past 6 months with notations on the back) 
• Take the online Fully Engaged assessment in a timely manner (set up by parish office).
• Meet with a parish clergy to complete the Form A (pre-nuptial investigation). 
• Secure a date with a deposit of $200.00
•  Provide notarized Freedom to Marry Testimonial Form B for both bride and groom.
•  Schedule and attend the Diocesan Marriage Preparation Workshop at least 4-6 months before your wedding date.
•  Meet with the mentor couple for Fully Engaged review sessions.
• Pay remaining balance one month prior to your wedding. (Please see wedding guidelines for wedding fees)
•  Meet with Music Minister to plan your wedding music and Wedding Liturgy. Coordinator to coordinate your wedding rehearsal.
• Email your reading selections  to [email protected]
• Obtain a Marriage License from the state of North Carolina at the Register of Deeds.
• Convalidation couples will need to provide a copy of their Civil Marriage License to the Pastoral Administrative Assistant.
• Meet with assigned St. Catherine of Siena Mentor Couple a minimum of three to five times over the course of six months.
• Obtain Declaration of Nullity, if previously married.
